Online Terms of Sale and Refund Policy

In accordance with Québec's Consumer Protection Act and the Civil Code of Québec

1. General

These terms apply to all purchases made through our online store. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these terms.

2. Price, Availability, and Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars, before taxes and shipping fees. Payments are processed securely. We reserve the right to correct any pricing or availability error prior to shipment.

Prices in effect at the time of purchase are final. No retroactive discount or price adjustment will be applied to a purchase made before the start of a sale, promotion, or price change.

To limit orders made solely for at-home try-on purposes, we reserve the right to restrict the purchase of multiple units of the same item in different sizes or colors. Any order clearly intended for at-home fitting may be cancelled and refunded.

3. Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer. Delivery times are estimates and depend on the carrier. In the event of a lost parcel, an investigation will be opened with the carrier before any replacement is issued.

4. Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

4.1 General Return Right

Unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4.2 Non-Returnable Items

No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted for:

  • sale, clearance, or promotional items (final sale);
  • underwear, swimwear, and personal accessories;
  • customized or made-to-order items;
  • special occasion garments (evening or cocktail dresses) — final sale, unless a defect is reported within 7 days of receipt.

These exclusions comply with section 54.3 of Québec's Consumer Protection Act (CQLR c. P-40.1), provided they are clearly disclosed prior to sale.

4.3 Exchanges

Subject to availability, an exchange for another size or color may be accepted within 10 days of receipt, with prior authorization.

4.4 Defective Items

Any defective or non-conforming item must be reported in writing within 7 days of receipt. A replacement or full refund will be provided at no cost.

4.5 Restocking Fees

A 10% restocking fee may apply to returns made without a valid reason, provided this condition was disclosed prior to purchase.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, they are subject to the return policy above.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal information collected is used solely to process orders and is never shared without consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

The merchant's liability is limited to the amount paid for the product. No liability is assumed for indirect damages or loss of profits.

8. Force Majeure

The merchant shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by events of force majeure (strike, disaster, pandemic, stock shortage, IT failure, etc.).

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the consumer's judicial district or, where applicable, of the merchant's head-office district, in accordance with applicable law.
